Barista / Café All-Rounder Wanted – 3–4 Days/Week – Shoalwater

Pengo's Cafe is on the hunt for a confident, experienced barista to join our team in the Rockingham/Shoalwater area. You'll be working just steps from the beach, with your breaks spent by the ocean and a free chef-made meal every shift.

This casual role covers 3 to 4 days per week and comes with a brand-new coffee machine to work on, plus a genuinely friendly, supportive team behind you.

What we're looking for

- Solid previous experience as a café barista
- Confident, consistent coffee prep and milk texturing
- Can keep pace and stay calm during busy rushes
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong customer service skills
- Versatile availability across weekdays and weekends
