About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team in a Receptionist / Beauty Therapist role.

This is a varied position combining reception, client care and hands-on beauty treatments. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and providing a professional and welcoming experience for every client

- Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the clinic

- Managing bookings, appointments and client enquiries via phone, text and social media

- Providing beauty treatments, including facial treatments, beauty services and laser skin treatments

- Conducting client consultations and providing professional treatment advice

- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation

- Building strong relationships with clients and helping with client satisfaction and retention

- Supporting with marketing via social media and email campaigns

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds either a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and previous experience working in the beauty industry

- Is passionate about beauty, skincare and client care





- Is confident performing beauty treatments and facials

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills being warm, friendly and professional

- Is organised, reliable and well-presented

- Enjoys working as part of a team and can also work independently

- Is willing to learn and grow within the role

- Laser experience is an added bonus, but not essential. Training of all laser equipment will be provided

- Experience using Timely booking system is an added bonus

Hours

This is a casual part-time position with availability required:

Monday: Full day

Tuesday: Full day

Wednesday OR Thursday: Half day

Friday: Full day

You will be required to work either Wednesday or Thursday, rather than both.
