This Position Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners
Experienced and Advanced Practitioners You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team. What You'll Be Doing Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community and clinic settings
Participate in supervision,
peer collaboration and ongoing career development opportunities What We Offer Flexible working arrangements and hybrid options

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia At Avina, flexibility doesn't mean working alone. You'll have autonomy in your role while being supported by a team that genuinely values collaboration, development and meaningful outcomes. There may also be options to travel (FIFO/DIDO) to support regional areas such as Mount Gambier, Port Augusta, the Yorke Peninsula and Roxby Downs, as well as Murray Bridge and Victor Harbor, depending on team and business needs at the time.
