We are seeking a Bid Specialist to join our energetic team in our Sydney Studio.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience and shown capability in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail, well-developed communication skills, and most importantly a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

- Providing effective support to the organisation on EOI, proposal and submission production.

- Coordinating, researching, writing, and producing a high volume of submissions/Proposals independently and collaboratively.

- Supporting marketing activities, marketing materials, promotional material, advertising, website, social media, and functions for studio.





- Work with the Group Marketing & Bids Manager on continued developmental feedback and exploring ways to continually raise the bar on expectations and performance, both operationally in‑house and bid production quality.

- Experience in the production of a range of bid materials in the form of proposals, presentations, clarifications, and communication (including but not limited to Capability Profiles, IRT, EOI, Fee Proposals, RFQ, RFP, RFT, Prerequisites, Panels etc).

- Advanced/Proficient in InDesign.

- Ability to work collaboratively & autonomously.

- Ability to plan, prioritise tasks and implement direction and feedback to meet deadlines and executive expectations.

To be suitable for this role, you will have the following

- Preferred experience in InDesign

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

- Proficient in Micros
