As the Boutique Manager at Elka Collective Armadale, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand’s up-to-date, refined aesthetic. You'll inspire and mentor your team, drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Leading and motivating the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

- Managing day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, rosters, and cash handling
- Driving business performance through analysing sales reports and implementing effective strategies
- Overseeing visual merchandising to ensure store presentation reflects seasonal campaigns and brand standards
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high performing, engaged store culture
- Managing inventory, stock levels, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
