About the role

We’re looking for a true Branch Manager to lead the Sunshine Coast branch of this impressive, service-based company. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine ownership across P&L; performance, top-line revenue development, operational efficiency and the engagement of service teams and support functions. Suited to a commercially minded leader, the opportunity offers scope to influence branch performance, lift capability and drive growth in a highly attractive Queensland market.

Duties

- Drive branch performance and operational efficiencies through a capable, customer-focused service team

- Ensure the internal sales team is working at pace to maximise opportunities across the Sunshine Coast market

- Bring sales and operations together to uncover new business opportunities, improve customer outcomes and drive repeat business

- Lead with presence across the whole branch, setting clear expectations and building a high-performance culture

- Take full responsibility for branch P&L;, using commercial insight to improve revenue, margin and service delivery

Skills and Experience

- Strong branch, operations or general management credentials, ideally with experience leading both sales and service functions

- Industry experience aligned to industrial services, field services or a related branch-based environment

- Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of sales, revenue generation,



operational delivery and customer retention

- Demonstrated exposure to P&L; responsibility, budgeting and performance management
- A visible, practical leader who can embed change, lift standards and drive best practice across an established local branch

- Local Sunshine Coast market knowledge, or the ability to quickly build strong customer and team relationships across the region, will be highly regarded
