Nexus Developments is a growing property development and investment business with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, community, SDA, childcare and land development projects.

We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Brand Videographer & Photographer to join our team on a part-time basis and take ownership of the visual content that represents Nexus Developments and its projects.

This is an opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys property, architecture, photography, videography and brand storytelling and wants to work closely with a growing development business The Role

You will work directly with our leadership and marketing teams to capture and produce high-quality visual content across our projects and corporate activities.

Your work will be used across:

Website and project pages

Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

Property and project marketing

Corporate brochures and presentations

Investor materials

Project launches

Construction progress updates

Corporate events

Executive profiles and personal branding

Digital advertising and campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Photography

Professional photography of development and construction projects.

Capture construction progress and key project milestones.

Photograph completed properties, architecture, interiors and landscaping.

Corporate headshots and executive photography.

Event and stakeholder photography.

Maintain an organised digital image library.

Videography

Produce project and corporate videos.

Film construction progress and project walkthroughs.

Create engaging short-form videos and Reels.

Film interviews with directors, project teams and stakeholders.

Create behind-the-scenes content.

Capture drone footage where appropriately licensed and permitted.

Social Media Content





Develop visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Create Reels, short-form videos and project updates.

Work with the marketing team on a content calendar.

Identify opportunities for regular content across active projects.

Brand Storytelling

Create visual stories that communicate the quality and journey of each project.

Maintain a consistent and premium visual style across all Nexus content.

Ensure photography and video align with the company's broader brand positioning.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in qualified photography and videography.

A strong portfolio/showreel.

Excellent understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.

Experience with professional camera equipment.

Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom or equivalent.

Experience creating social media content.

Property, architecture, construction or corporate experience is highly desirable.

Drone photography/videography experience is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and creative judgement.

Ability to work independently and manage shoots efficiently.

A strong understanding of premium branding and aesthetics Part-Time Flexibility

This position is suited to a photographer/videographer looking for a part-time ongoing role with flexibility around project requirements.

Work will primarily involve on-site visits to development projects, with content creation and editing scheduled around project milestones and marketing requirements.
