We’re Hiring: Casual Tour Guide & Social Media Creator (Bike & Walking Tours)

Love Brisbane? Love meeting new people? We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Casual Tour Guide & Social Media Creator to help visitors and locals discover the best of our city!

What you’ll be doing:

Tour Guiding

- Lead friendly, engaging, and safe bike and walking tours around Brisbane’s top landmarks (South Bank, Botanic Gardens, Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point, etc.).
- Share fun historical facts, local stories, and insider dining/culture recommendations.
- Ensure guest safety, manage group logistics, and maintain equipment (bikes/helmets).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure five-star guest reviews.

Social Media & Content Creation

- Capture high-quality, authentic photos and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories) while out on tours and around the city.
- Plan, edit, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
- Write engaging captions that reflect our brand's welcoming and energetic tone.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and help grow our online presence.

What we’re looking for:

- Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys connecting with people from all over the world.
- A natural storyteller with a passion for Brisbane’s culture and lifestyle




- Energetic, reliable, and proactive – you thrive on keeping a crowd engaged

Comfortable cycling and walking for extended periods

-Someone who has been living in Brisbane for at least two years

- Flexibility – this is a casual role, with work mostly on weekdays and weekends depending on bookings
