About the Business
Our client is a dynamic residential investment builder servicing the investment home buyer market. They have established solid systems in house to ensure their growth is sustainable.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in a Logan area.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing investment homes in your area
- Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
- Manage Onsite companion schedules
- Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover
Skills and Experience
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
- 2 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing
- Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential
- Strong trade management and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired
- Trade base advantageous
