McDermott's Coach Group is currently seeking reliable and professional Bus and Coach Operators to join our team. We have two permanent school service positions available, both operating Monday to Friday during school terms.

Available Positions

Legana – Riverside Schools (via Bridgenorth)

- Morning Run: 7:30am – 9:30am

- Afternoon Run: 2:30pm – 4:30pm

- Based at: McDermott's Legana Depot

Gravelly Beach – Exeter Schools

- Morning Run: 7:30am – 9:00am

- Afternoon Run: 2:30pm – 4:30pm

- Based at: McDermott's Exeter Depot

What We Offer

- $38.24 per hour

- Minimum of 20 hours per week

- Minimum weekly earnings of $764.80

- Stable Monday to Friday work during school terms.

- The opportunity to pick up additional hours between school runs, during school holidays or on weekends, if it suits your availability and interests.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
- A Medium Rigid (MR) Licence or higher
- A current Passenger Vehicle (PV) Licence
- A safe driving record
- A qualified presentation and a friendly, customer-focused attitude

- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- A genuine commitment to the safety and wellbeing of school students
