Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support cross-functional teams by gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting in the analysis of processes, and helping identify opportunities to improve services and solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, supporting business planning activities, conducting basic data analysis, and assisting in the evaluation of marketing and experiential campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to clarify needs, contributing to presentations and client communications, and helping maintain accurate records of business processes and customer interactions.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Business Planning to assist with basic forecasting, documentation of processes, and support strategic initiatives.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, contribute to client-facing materials, and present findings clearly.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to understand client needs, respond professionally to inquiries, and contribute to positive stakeholder relationships.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools, as well as an interest in digital marketing and brand communications, is advantageous.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic, creative team setting.
