Who we’re looking for: Business Analysts with healthcare industry experience.

As an IT Business Analyst & Scrum Master, you will act as the key link business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Working within our Pharmacy Technology teams, you’ll support the delivery of strategic healthcare projects that improve clinical, operational, and patient outcomes. Depending on business priorities and your experience, you may contribute to initiatives focused on pharmacy technology, medication management, workflow optimisation, and other internally developed healthcare systems.

About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative team delivering complex healthcare technology projects, partnering with clinical,



operational, and technical stakeholders across the organisation.

Business analysis & delivery

- Lead the definition and documentation of functional and system requirements for enhancements across pharmacy software systems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to shape and prioritise the product backlog.
- Support system testing, validation, and release activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing in-house software solutions.

Scrum Master & Agile facilitation

- Act as Scrum Master for the development team, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of sprint objectives.
- Serve as the key liaison between Product Owner and development team to maintain momentum and alignment.
