- Lead business analysis activities across multiple concurrent cyber security and transformation initiatives.

- Establish, maintain and continuously improve business analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance practices.

- Provide oversight and assurance across business requirements, ensuring traceability, quality and alignment to program outcomes.

- Lead the analysis of business capabilities, processes, operating models and organisational impacts to support cyber uplift objectives.

- Develop future-state business processes, business capabilities and target operating models.

- Mentor and coordinate Business Analysts, ensuring consistent delivery approaches across the program.

- Support initiative planning, prioritisation and resource coordination across multiple workstreams.

- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business, technical and cyber security stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

- Provide strategic advice on business impacts, implementation considerations, cyber risk implications and organisational dependencies.

- Drive continuous improvement of business analysis capability and delivery outcomes across the program.

- Support business readiness, operational transition and benefits realisation activities to enable successful adoption of cyber security initiatives.

A successful Business Analyst Lead should have:

- Proven experience leading business analysis activities across large-scale transformation or enterprise uplift programs

- Strong capability in business requirements management,



business process analysis, business capability modelling and target operating model design

- Experience establishing and governing business analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and assurance practices

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coordinate Business Analysts across multiple concurrent initiatives

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels

- Experience working across both business and technology teams within complex delivery environments

- Exposure to cyber security, technology, digital transformation, risk or organisational uplift programs will be highly regarded

- Experience working within government or other highly regulated environments is advantageous

- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools

Our client is a large Queensland Government organisation currently delivering a major cyber uplift program designed to enhance cyber security maturity, strengthen organisational resilience, and support strategic transformation objectives across the enterprise.

- Hourly rate between $120 and $132 AUD.

- Temporary contract offering flexibility and project-based work.

- Prospect to work on impactful technology initiatives within the public sector.
