A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Leading requirements gathering, process design, change impact assessments, systems selection, future state process uplift, develop the traceability matrix, involvement in the configuration workshops and contribute to the testing approach

Conducting deep dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations

Involvement in the vendor selection, vendor solution scoring and vendor fit gap analysis to the requirements

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and develop fit for purpose people solutions

Identifying opportunities for improving data quality, reporting capability and system functionality to support strategic outcomes

MUST HAVES:





Senior Payroll HRIS Business Analyst with deep people expertise. Must have at least 3 Payroll HRIS full life cycle business analysis experience. Strong stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, current and future state process design, development of the end to end traceability matrix, vendor engagement (RFQ), provide functional guidance on solution assessments, knowledge of payroll and HRIS integrations and data.

Deep understanding across the people lifecycle - award interpretation, rostering, time & attendance, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, talent, learning, compensation, IR/ER, workforce planning, people reporting and people engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field and at least fifteen (15) years of business analysis experience. Leadership skills using proven business analysis methodologies on a large scale. Must understand organizatio
