We're looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze processes and data, and help develop practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. ? Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders ?

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Assist with developing business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications

Support data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

Work with project managers, product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to support project delivery

Participate in meetings, workshops, testing, and solution validation activities

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document identified issues

Monitor project and business KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders

Maintain accurate business documentation and project records

Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

? Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytical tools is an advantage

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN, or project management methodologies is a plus

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms is advantageous

Internship experience, university projects, or relevant business analysis certifications are considered an advantage
