About the Role

We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Project Services team. This role offers the prospect to focus on process improvement, to help us deliver efficiently, consistently, and to be future-ready.

Your day to day will consist of:

- Identify process gaps, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Facilitate workshops to map current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) processes.

- Work closely with stakeholders to develop practical interim processes that support business continuity during periods of change.

- Recommend, implement, and monitor process improvements to deliver business value.

- Engage stakeholders to conduct gap analysis, define success factors, and understand impacts.

- Elicit, analyse, and document clear functional and non-functional business requirements.

- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent workplace experience.





- You're naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work and how they can be improved.

- You're organised, analytical, and able to balance attention to detail with a focus on outcomes.

- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis and business process analysis using appropriate frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in applying lean / continuous improvement skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Demonstrated lateral thinker - proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven facilitation skills (leading workshops with diverse groups including vendor, technical personnel and end users).

- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
