Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of in office work and the option to work from home. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting the analysis of business processes, and helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and member services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and summaries, assisting with data collection and interpretation, and supporting stakeholder communication within the association.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with senior staff to translate organizational needs into clear, actionable insights and support small projects or process changes from concept through to implementation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.





Candidates should possess foundational Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document findings, and support process improvement initiatives.

Candidates should possess Communication skills to prepare clear reports, present insights, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process and Business Requirements to help map workflows and translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions.

Beneficial qualifications include tertiary studies in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or data analysis tools.
