In the role of a Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team in Penrith, as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together. You’ll make an impact each day by: Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.

Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.

Identify current referral opportunities.

Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.

Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.

Manage day to day compliance requirements. You’ll bring to this role: A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.

A genuine passion for customer service.

Excellent communication skills.

A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.





Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
