We are looking for an experienced Business Broker to join our growing team and help business owners successfully navigate the sale of their businesses.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, relationship-focused professional who understands the business sales process and knows how to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and negotiate successful transactions.

About the Role

As a Business Broker, you will manage the end-to-end process of selling businesses, from winning new listings through to successful completion.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners and buyers
- Generating new business and securing quality business-for-sale listings
- Conducting business valuations and preparing businesses for sale
- Developing effective marketing strategies for listed businesses
- Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying prospective purchasers
- Coordinating negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Managing transactions through to settlement
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective sellers and buyers
- Providing skilled advice and guidance throughout the sales process
- Working closely with internal and external professionals, including accountants, lawyers and finance providers





About You We are looking for someone who has proven experience as a Business Broker and can demonstrate a successful track record in business sales.

You will ideally have

- Previous experience working as a Business Broker
- A proven ability to win new listings and generate business
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of business financials
- The ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
