About the Role

This is a hands-on kitchen position focused on delivering high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes during busy morning service.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a café breakfast kitchen




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Australian working rights
