We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers a flexible working environment and is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can work independently and as part of a team, build robust client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment and account management.

We are a well-established labour hire and recruitment business servicing clients across warehousing, manufacturing, transport and logistics. We pride ourselves on building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and giving our consultants the autonomy to manage their own desk while being supported by an experienced team.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of blue collar industries including warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and labour hire. You will have the flexibility to plan your day, prioritise your workload, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment and account management




- Identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting site visits and client meetings
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Reference checks and compliance management
- Daily workforce planning and rostering
- Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions
- Completing Site Safety Inspections
- Managing employee and client enquiries
- Filling urgent, on-call, and ongoing workforce requirements
- Maintaining accurate records within recruitment systems

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the blue collar labour hire industry
- Proven experience recruiting for warehousing, manufacturing, transport, logistics, and industrial positions
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, driven, and results-focused attitude
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
