Nine has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join the dynamic sales function of our Food & Lifestyle Events team!
At Nine Food & Lifestyle Events, we produce Australia’s premier event experiences across iconic brands like Sunday Life and beyond.
This is the perfect role for a natural hunter. Working closely with our Senior BDM, you will open doors with top-tier brand partners and drive commercial revenue - seeing your deals brought to life through major live events and activations
Day to day you will:
- Proactively research, prospect, and make cold outreach calls to introduce Nine's event capabilities to key decision-makers.
- Secure, prepare, and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective brand partners.
- Collaborate closely with the senior team to structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships.
- Own your pipeline and hit/exceed individual KPIs, conversion targets, and revenue goals.
- Identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and fresh industry categories to unlock new lead sources.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, track client interactions, and manage daily sales administration efficiently.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a proactive B2B cold calling/BD environment with a track record of driving new business.
- A target-driven, high-energy mindset with the confidence to handle objections, pick up the phone, and convert cold prospects into warm leads.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and the confidence to run client meetings and present solutions.
- Ability to manage your own day-to-day pipeline while collaborating seamlessly with the broader team.
- A genuine interest in live events, food, culture, and experiential marketing.
