What you’ll be doing…

As a Business Development Manager with FCBT, you’ll own the entire sales journey from hunting down fresh leads, to crafting compelling pitches, and sealing the deal to welcome new clients to the brand.In this role, success is measured through actively growing the number of new client accounts, sales targets to support revenue growth, and client satisfaction and retention.

- Finding and connecting with potential clients through lead generation: Proactively reach out to companies that can benefit from our travel solutions through outbound cold calls. Build strong, lasting relationships to position FCBT as their trusted travel partner





- Understanding client needs and presenting solutions: Talk with prospects to learn about their travel requirements and challenges. Clearly explain how FCBT can make their travel programs easier, save money, and support their business goals

- Helping new clients get started: Ensure a smooth onboarding process so new clients feel confident using our services. Connect them with their dedicated travel team for ongoing support and expert guidance
