What you’ll do

Building relationships with homeowners and referral partners to help them unlock the full potential of their property through short-term rental management. It’s part relationship-building, part opportunity-spotting, and part helping people make smart decisions about their assets.

Key responsibilities





- Drive local market growth and build your pipeline
- Prospect through outreach, events, and referral networks
- Convert inbound leads into active listings
- Pitch, present, and deliver tailored proposals
- Build long-term client and partner relationships
- Manage your pipeline via HubSpot

About you

- 2 years in business development, real estate, or sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
- Based in Melbourne
- Driver’s license and access to a car (allowance provided)
