Business Development & Tender Manager About SKG Services SKG Services is a leading national provider of Integrated Cleaning, Security and Support Services, delivering high-quality solutions to clients across Australia. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development & Tender Manager to join our team based at Brendale, QLD. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities, while leading the end-to-end tender process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing winning tender submissions and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across cleaning, security, maintenance and integrated facility services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, consultants, procurement teams and industry stakeholders.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry engagement and strategic prospecting.

Conduct client meetings, presentations and site inspections.

Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals and capability statements.

Develop compelling tender responses and manage tender portals and procurement systems.

Coordinate tender inputs from Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance and Executive stakeholders.

Conduct site assessments and prepare labour models, pricing submissions and commercial proposals.

Analyse tender opportunities, profitability and risk.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.





Manage and continuously improve the company's tender library and supporting documentation.

Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Proven experience in Business Development, Tender Management, Bid Management, Estimating or Sales.

Robust experience preparing and submitting successful tenders and proposals.

Exceptional written communication and proposal writing skills.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

Experience using CRM systems, tender portals and Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

A proactive, results-driven and professional approach.

Experience within Cleaning, Security, Facilities Management, Property Services or related industries will be highly regarded.
