The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development (Sales) professional to join our team at Delta Office Solutions in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time position based in Townsville that offers an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth and develop strategic client relationships. As a Business Development (Sales) professional, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals that contribute significantly to our company's expansion.



This role is pivotal in establishing Delta Office Solutions as the preferred office solutions partner in the Townsville region and beyond.

The Day to Day

- Identify, research and pursue current business opportunities and potential clients within the local and regional markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach and industry events
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements and budget constraints
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business deals whilst maintaining healthy profit margins
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and delivery to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
