About the role

We are seeking a Cafe All Rounder to join the team at Lulu's Cafe in Rockingham. This is a casual position offering flexibility and variety in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Cafe All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our operations, moving seamlessly between front-of-house and back-of-house duties to deliver exceptional service and support our team.

What you'll be doing

- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages with warmth and professionalism

- Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and handling cash and card transactions

- Preparing and presenting food items according to established standards

- Barista with the ability to work in a rapid paced environment.

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including tables, counters and kitchen

- Managing stock levels and restocking supplies throughout your shift

- Responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any service issues

- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in hospitality, waiting staff or food service is essential

- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
