Must be able to work within a team, as well as be their leader.

You have to be a passionate food and coffee person with attention to detail.

This is a hands on position where you will manage FOH and discuss current ideas with the chefs.

Food handling and presentation should be an asset to your skill base.

As the leader we expect you to be well presented with a "can do" happy disposition.

We operate Monday to Friday Breakfast and Lunch, which in hospitality is the best hours ever!!
