What/'s You'll Do - Manage the day-to-day operations of the café

- Lead, coach and support a small café team
- Deliver excellent customer service and presentation standards
- Drive café sales and increase both internal and external patronage
- Manage stock, ordering, costs and food safety compliance
- Coordinate village events and catering opportunities
- Support local marketing and promotional activities
- Create a welcoming and community-focused café setting What You'll Bring - Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and people leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
