Allambi Care is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support adolescents aged 12 to 17 in our care placements across Victoria. You will help create a safe, homely setting and build positive relationships with young people and the team.

The role offers paid induction, ongoing training, and access to supervision, with shifts that include evenings, weekends and out-of-hours work, and penalties for unsocial hours.
