Sales Support & Finance Coordinator

Ausave Energy is a 100% Australian-owned solar, battery and EV charger installer based in Newcastle. 16 years in, our own SAA-accredited crews, no subcontracting, and a 10 workmanship warranty on every job. We're a Sigenergy Gold Installer covering Newcastle, the Central Coast and the Hunter.

We're hiring an experienced coordinator to run the engine room of the business — the person who takes a signed deal and drives it all the way to a completed install.

The role

Once a deal's signed and in the pipeline, it's yours. You'll collect deposits, get finance applications approved, and keep every job moving so nothing stalls. When a customer gets stuck, you unstick them. On top of that you're the go-to for customers day to day — answering the phone, handling objections, sorting out questions, and keeping the front office running.

The biggest single part of the role is finance — preparing and lodging applications, chasing documents and IDs, and following up lenders until the approval lands.

What you'll do

- Collect deposits and keep jobs progressing from signed deal to install

- Prepare, lodge and track finance applications end-to-end





- Move stuck customers along and keep the pipeline free-flowing

- Answer the phone, handle enquiries and manage objections

- Be the front-of-office point of contact for customers

- Chase outstanding documents, IDs and approvals — and stay on it until it's done

- General administration and keeping CRM records accurate

What you'll bring

- Proven experience lodging finance applications and getting approvals over the line

- Solid admin and coordination skills — you can juggle multiple jobs at once

- Confident, friendly phone manner and comfortable handling objections

- A self-starter who chases things down without being told

- Experience with a CRM or pipeline-based workflow

Nice to have

- Background in solar, energy, construction, mortgage broking or finance

What we offer

- $70,000–$85,000, based on experience
