Adelaide’s Finest is looking for an enthusiastic Supermarket Assistant to join our growing Produce and Fresh team.

About the role

You will help keep our Produce and Fresh departments stocked, fresh and inviting for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Replenishing and rotating fresh produce

- Maintaining high standards of freshness, quality and presentation

- Supporting sales through excellent product displays and customer service

- Checking stock and removing products that do not meet our quality standards

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers

- Receiving, unpacking and organising deliveries

- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised work area

- Working closely with the wider store team to create an exceptional shopping experience

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for fresh food, produce and organics

- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic





- Enjoys working as part of a busy, growing team

- Takes pride in attention to detail and presentation

- Is customer-focused and understands the importance of driving sales

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn

- Is comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, carrying and being on their feet throughout a shift

- Has supermarket, produce or fresh-food experience (preferred but not essential).

Availability

This is a full-time, ongoing position. Applicants must be available to work across a flexible roster, including:

- Early-morning shifts

- Late shifts

- Weekends
