Structural Fabricator / Welder

Multiple full-time positions available | Adelaide workshop

Coded Contracting is looking for motivated Structural Fabricators / Welders who take pride in their work and are ready to join a skilled, driven team of tradespeople.

You’ll work across structural steel fabrication and welding in our Adelaide workshop. Our work supports major projects within the energy sector, where safety, reliability and uncompromising quality are essential.

What you’ll be doing

- Fabricating and welding structural steel, including pipe racks and associated components

- Completing fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

- Working closely with supervisors and project teams to meet construction schedules

- Maintaining tools, equipment and work areas

- Following all workshop, site and project safety requirements

- Contributing ideas that improve quality, productivity and the way we work

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for reliable, motivated tradespeople who are committed to doing the job right.

Ideally, you will have:

- A relevant trade qualification in boilermaking, fabrication or welding

- Practical experience in structural steel fabrication and welding

- Experience in construction, energy or industrial environments

- The ability to confidently read and interpret drawings and specifications





- Solid attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and quality

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A positive attitude and willingness to continue developing your skills

For the right person, we can also provide further training and development in pipe fitting and pipe welding.
