Aircon Technician Wanted — Full-Time — Townsville

TNARE's been fixing and installing everything electrical and aircon around Townsville for 12+ years, and we're on the lookout for an outstanding aircon technician to join the crew. Our crew is tight - We want.. The best!

The gig:
Full-time, Monday to Friday — with flexibility on how those hours fall (4-day work weeks, 9-day fortnights, we'll work with you on what fits). Mostly residential and commercial split system installs, repairs and servicing — property manager jobs, builders work, the odd commercial site. We're a Fujitsu authorised service agent, so you'll be working with quality gear and proper backing, not knock-off units and guesswork.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Split system installs, repairs and servicing across resi and commercial jobs

- Diagnosing faults properly and explaining them to customers in plain English — not "unit's not working, mate"

- Dealing with property managers, tenants, business owners and home owners on-site like a qualified

- Keeping your paperwork and reporting straight in ServiceM8

- Following our systems instead of making it up job to job

What we need from you:

- Solid, hands-on experience in split system installation, repair and servicing — you know your way around a unit without needing to be walked through it

- Refrigeration handling licence / relevant trade qualification

- Your own tools

- Driver's licence

- White Card

- Someone who turns up, does the job properly, and doesn't need chasing

- Drive and initiative to be the best person you can be
