Experienced Food & Beverage Attendant | Private Luxury Golf Club

About You

Ideally, you'll have:

- Fine dining or premium hospitality experience (preferred).

- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine qualified relationships with members

- The ability to anticipate guests' needs and deliver warm, personalised service.

- High emotional intelligence with the ability to positively influence team culture and lead by example. Previous team leadership experience is highly regarded.

- A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude with exceptional attention to detail.

- Confident three-plate carry and professional table service skills.

- Barista experience and strong bar knowledge.

- Experience confidently opening, presenting and serving wine.

- Availability to work weekends and closing shifts (the clubhouse generally closes around 6:30–7:00 pm,



with finish times varying based on member activity and events).

- Current RSA Certificate (essential). RMLV Certificate is highly regarded.

- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.

- Experience in a private golf club or other premium hospitality environment is highly regarded.

- Golf knowledge or an interest in the game is beneficial, but not essential.

- Experience with inventory management, stocktakes, invoicing, rostering, event coordination or leadership responsibilities will be highly regarded but not essential.

This role will commence as a casual position (approximately 30–38 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time or full-time position for the right candidate. There is also potential for career growth within the Club for someone who demonstrates initiative and leadership.
