We’re looking for an experienced, capable Practice Manager who is ready to take on broader responsibility across a growing GP and multi-disciplinary health group. If you enjoy leading teams, improving systems, and having real influence over how a practice runs and grows, this role offers the scope and reward to match.

The Opportunity

You will lead operations across:

- Murwillumbah Family Doctors (the core GP practice within the Northern Rivers Health Hub)
- The wider Northern Rivers Health Hub — a multi-disciplinary facility offering Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pharmacy, Pathology, Beauty & Wellness, and other allied health services in a heritage-listed refurbished building

This is a multi-site role with genuine potential and the ability to work with and grow a management team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape culture, lift operational performance, and play an active part in the next stage of the group’s development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations and team performance across the sites
- Support and develop reception, nursing, and administrative staff
- Oversee billing processes, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and compliance
- Contribute to recruitment, rostering, and a positive team culture
- Work alongside ownership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

About You

You’re an experienced Practice Manager (or equivalent) with a strong track record in general practice or multi-disciplinary healthcare. You’re organised, commercially aware, and confident leading teams. You enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and taking ownership of results. Multi-site experience is highly regarded but not essential if you have the capability and drive.

The Package

This is a more senior, broader role than a typical single-site Practice Manager position. Remuneration will reflect the increased scope and responsibility, and will sit above standard practice manager packages. We also have the flexibility to split the role into multiple roles depending on applicants.
