As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we’re looking for talented Casual Chefs to join our culinary teams and work across both properties. Whether your passion lies in event catering, conferences, weddings, or restaurant-style service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across varied service styles, gain experience across two unique venues and be part of a supportive and passionate hospitality team.

About The Role Working across Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate, you’ll be part of our kitchen teams delivering high-quality food experiences across weddings, conferences, corporate events, functions and dining operations. With the properties located only 10 minutes apart, you’ll have the opportunity to experience two different venues while remaining within the same local area.

Key Responsibilities Include Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area

Adapting to changing service demands and team needs What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential





Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded

Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles

Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
