Position Overview Casual Educator – $36.41 to $45.51 per hour – Busy Bees at Everton Hills Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider. We seek a passionate, dedicated Educator to support the delivery of high quality education and care in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities - Implement engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Provide a secure, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
- Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Qualifications and Experience - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).




- Current Working With Children Check for QLD.
- Experience as an Educator within Australia preferred.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.
- Commitment to child safety and alignment with Busy Bees values.
