Casual FIFO Security Officer – Darwin NT or Cairns QLD Location: Fly In / Fly Out from Darwin or Cairns Role: Casual positions with potential to move to full time, 7/7 roster, 12‑hour shifts.

Potential Earnings: up to $110,000 p.a. (subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors) Duties &

Responsibilities - Provide strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors & client - Pass a comprehensive pre‑employment medical, and drug and alcohol screen - Gatehouse duties - Proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems - Conduct building and camp patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk - Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification - Respond to emergency situations - Contractor management duties - Ad‑hoc duties Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years in a similar role - Must be local to Darwin or Cairns - Full working rights and availability - Willing to support and step up into other roles as required - Ability to work well in a team or autonomously - Ability to work in rotational roster (nights/days/weekends) - Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights - Have a Northern Territory Security Licence - Have a full valid Australian Driver’s Licence (C) - Have an RSA - Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports - Demonstrated ability in use of computers and security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes) - Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods - Crowd Control endorsement - Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Benefits We offer comprehensive training and development, employee advantages such as a wellbeing hub, health insurance discounts, and employee assistance programmes.
