Your role at St John of God Midland Private Hospital

We are seeking Registered and Enrolled Nurses for casual shifts across our Medical, Surgical and Critical Care to be part of our brand-new Midland Private Hospital opening in August 2026.

About the new Midland Private Hospital

- A brand-new purpose-built state-of-the-art facility, currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus.

- A comprehensive range of medical and surgical services, with interventional cardiology being offered for the first time in the region

​The hospital will feature:
- 96 overnight inpatient beds, including a six-bed critical care/high dependency unit

- 33 bed/chair short stay and day procedure unit

- Eight operating theatres
- A cardiac/vascular catheter laboratory

You will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and demonstrate the clinical knowledge and skills required to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

To succeed you will have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.

A minimum of 12 months' post graduate experience in essential.

We can offer you

- Registered Nurses:



$52.30 to $67.24 per hour (includes casual loading) plus 12% superannuation

- Enrolled Nurses: $47.40 to $50.56 per hour (includes casual loading) plus 12% superannuation
