Casual Receptionist – Leeton | Entry-Level Opportunity | Training Provided

Wage: Dependent on experience

Are you reliable, well-presented and eager to learn while building valuable reception and customer service skills?

We are seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly dental team in Leeton. No previous experience is necessary, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

The successful candidate must be available to work every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience both in person and over the phone.

Your responsibilities will include

- Greeting patients in a friendly and qualified manner
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing patient information and records
- Processing payments and completing general reception duties
- Maintaining a neat, tidy and welcoming reception area
- Supporting the clinical and administrative teams as required

Previous reception or customer service experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
