About the Role Due to ongoing growth and increased demand for our services, we now have exciting opportunities for Catering Assistants in Make & Pack,Wash & Pack & Pot Washto join our dynamic production team based at Brisbane Airport. In this role,



you'll be an essential part of our operation — preparing, assembling, and packing high-quality meals and catering trolleys for airline customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portioning, assembling, and packaging meals to specific airline requirements
- Measuring and preparing food items accurately and efficiently
- Packing catering equipment and trolleys for in-flight services
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Assisting with general kitchen and production duties as required

About You: We're looking for enthusiastic team members who bring:

- Experience in food preparation, production, or a similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety practices
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (38 hours per week) including weekends and public holidays, on a weekly rotation between AM and PM shifts
