The Role
Montessori Academy is currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead a fantastic team in our brand new Randwick campus. This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Centre Manager or Centre Director to lead a fantastic team and take Montessori Academy's already outstanding educational program to the next level. Our early learning campuses have a great team environment, amazing development and training opportunities, and beautiful facilities inside and out! The ideal applicant will have 2+ years of proven management and leadership experience in a similar setting, a passion for early childhood education, an in-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework, a Degree in Early Childhood Education, and an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy. This role is highly dynamic and fast paced,
giving the right candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and truly make the service their own.

Essential Criteria
- 2+ years' experience managing a childcare service
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA) or working towar
