The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced,



hands‑on Child Care Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a well‑established, fully occupied centre with an excellent reputation in the community.

This is a full‑time leadership opportunity for a true all‑rounder who can confidently manage centre operations, team leadership, compliance, family relationships, and quality outcomes.

You will be supported by:

- A full‑time Administration Manager handling enrolments and policies
- A dedicated full‑time 2IC supporting daily operations
- Mentoring and guidance from the Approved Provider
- Collaboration and support from two additional established centres

Salary & Benefits

- Annual salary package from $120,000 + 15% Superannuation
