The program involves an SAP S/4HANA upgrade, requiring an experienced change professional who can take ownership of change management across a large-scale technology transformation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication and proven experience delivering change across complex SAP programs. You will bring:

15+ years of end-to-end Change Management experience across SAP programs.

Robust experience working across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and S/4HANA on RISE.

Proven experience delivering change programs within specialty chemicals, manufacturing or mining environments.





Demonstrated experience leading change management for at least two end-to-end S/4HANA upgrade programs, including programs involving extensive regression testing.

Strong stakeholder management and communication planning capabilities.

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.

A demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive change management across large-scale transformation programs.
