The opportunity We are looking for full-time Chefs / Cooks to join our team at the Westport Club to create great quality food in a high-volume kitchen. This role will see you working in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment in our cafe, restaurant and events centre.

Your vibrant personality and creative vision will translate directly to the plate, leaving our customers with sense of ‘WOW’. Whether you’re up and coming or had years of experience, you’ll acquire new skills and solutions to problems by thinking on your feet and working as part of a great team. To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

energetic and upbeat personality with a "can-do" attitude Excellent technical skills and previous experience working in a fast paced café or restaurant Healthy and Safety mindset with high standards in safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

Any eye for detail and a creative approach, with the desire to learn and grow. Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required Cert 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
