We’re on the lookout for a skilled, passionate Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team at rAKa, a newly established café located in Wallan . If you take pride in quality food, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of a qualified yet friendly environment – we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to manage prep, service, and kitchen operations
- Strong skills in breakfast, brunch, and modern café-style dishes
- High standards of food presentation and hygiene
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications




- Assist in planning specials and seasonal updates
- Manage stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
- Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Contribute to building a positive kitchen culture
