About the Role The Knock Restaurant, a premier dining destination located on the vibrant Rockingham Boardwalk, is seeking passionate and experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis. Known for our coastal-chic atmosphere, commitment to fresh, locally sourced produce, and a menu that celebrates modern Australian cuisine, we offer a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a stunning waterfront setting.

CHEFS: Lead and manage kitchen operations, contribute to menu development with an emphasis on seasonal seafood and contemporary Australian dishes, prepare and present plates to an exceptional standard, and ensure consistency in food quality, cost control, and safety.

COOKS: Assist with food preparation, cooking a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, including seafood, grilled meats, and house-made sauces, while maintaining a clean, organised,



and safe workspace in accordance with hygiene standards.

The successful candidates will have:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef/Cook in a high-volume restaurant or bistro environment.

· Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and experience with fresh seafood preparation.

· Highly developed culinary skills and a passion for creating vibrant, flavourful food.

· Ability to work efficiently and handle pressure during service in a qualified manner.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Hold relevant qualifications (Diploma or equivalent for Chefs and Certificate IV or equivalent for Cooks).

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
