About You

- 5+ years’ experience in a multi‑site retail leadership role
- Proven success driving sales and improving store performance
- Strong coaching and team development capability
- Solid understanding of Retail Award, rostering and wage management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Adaptable, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment

Due to the multi‑site nature of this role, you will need a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle. A competitive car allowance is provided.
