If you’re looking for the next stamp in your career’s passport, we’re looking for Sales Travel Consultants across Australia who are keen to dazzle, discover and delight our customers!

What you’ll be doing

- Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
- Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
- Be the expert and assist customers with travel related questions including visas, best time to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, and more.
- Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure, with a percentage of every sale.

What we’re looking for





- Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and a personal travel recommendation repository.
- Great organisational skills, able to take notes, manage calendar, and respond quickly to customer calls and emails.
- Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‑pressure environment.
- Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that makes customers want to book with you.
- A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems for flight and package options.
